When reporting a bug, it helps to include your device (e.g. iPad Air, Mac), OS version, and what you were doing when it happened.

How to play

Sweep is a shedding game: be the first to play out all 21 of your cards — 13 in hand plus four table piles.

On your turn, play one or more cards of a single rank equal to or lower than the pile's active rank.
Tap cards in your hand (or one of your piles) to select them, then tap the play pile to play.
Four or more of the same rank on the pile sweeps it away — and you go again.
Tens and Jokers are wild.
Playing a single higher card takes the whole pile into your hand.

The full interactive tutorial is always available in the game — tap the graduation cap button in the top-right corner. It can also suggest a play for your current hand.

Frequently asked questions

Can I play offline?

Yes — completely. Sweep works on a plane, off the grid, anywhere. No account or connection is ever required.

How do I remove ads?

A short ad appears after every third game. To remove ads forever, open Settings > Ads in the app and tap Remove Ads Forever — a one-time purchase.

I bought Remove Ads but I'm still seeing ads on a new device.

Open Settings > Ads and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

How do I change my name or avatar?

Tap your avatar on the game screen. Your name appears in the play log, the leaderboard, and win celebrations.

Can I speed up (or slow down) the game?

Yes — tap the speed button (e.g. "1×") in the top-right corner and choose from ½× to 2×. It changes animation and opponent speed.

How do I replay the tutorial?

Tap the graduation cap button in-game for a quick hint, then choose Full Tutorial — or turn on Show tutorial at game start in Settings.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.

Something looks wrong or the game misbehaved.

Force-quit and relaunch the app first. If it persists, email us with your device and OS version — screenshots or screen recordings are gold.

Sweep is designed for iPad and Mac (it is not supported on iPhone) and requires iOS/iPadOS 17 or later.
