Sweep doesn't ask for your name, email, or an account. Your game data never leaves your device. The only third party involved is Google AdMob, which serves the optional ads between games — and you can remove ads entirely with a one-time purchase or decline ad tracking when iOS asks.
Sweep is published by Ron Miller ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the Sweep app for iPad and Mac handles, and how. Questions are always welcome at info@onegenius.com.
We collect nothing ourselves. Sweep has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers of our own. Everything the game saves stays on your device:
None of this is transmitted to us. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Sweep shows a brief advertisement after every third completed game. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as:

Your choices:
The Remove Ads purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can restore the purchase on a new device with the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings.
Sweep is a family-friendly card game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not direct the app specifically at children, and ad serving follows Google's policies for family-suitable content. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app's ads, contact us and we'll help address it.
Because we don't collect or hold personal data ourselves, requests for access, deletion, or portability of ad-related data are handled by Google — see Google's My Ad Center and the policies linked above. Residents of the EU/UK, California, and other regions with privacy laws also have the right to opt out of personalized advertising, which you can do via the iOS tracking prompt or device settings described above. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
All game data lives only on your device, protected by your device's own security. We retain nothing on servers because we have none. Ad-related data retention is governed by Google's policies.
If we change how Sweep handles data — for example, adding new features or ad partners — we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
